Shanghai heat treatment Co. Ltd. is the original Shanghai Industrial University and Shanghai Automobile Gear General Factory of Limited by Share Ltd (Shanghai automotive transmission Co. Ltd.) joint venture factory specializing in heat treatment processing established in 1993 2004, the successful restructuring of professional hot mixed ownership form of company, company to undertake high frequency, intermediate frequency, audio, super carburizing nitrocarburizing, oxidation, nitriding, tempering, quenching, normalizing, annealing, Aluminum Alloy T6, cryogenic treatment and other types of business.

In 2007, the audit report on the CQI-9 heat treatment system of UL company was obtained.

In 2013, the TPG-AC7102 NADCAP aviation standard heat treatment audit was approved by the United States General Electric.

 

The induction Department of our company moved to Qingpu district from Jiading District, Shanghai at the end of 2017 because of municipal relocation. The new car has 22 advanced CNC system induction heating equipment with transistor power, and has an energy monitoring system. The device level is greatly improved.

The company made the four from the original Shanghai City, moved to Jiading District, Taicang Liuhe, and add a mesh belt furnace production line, equipment and Aluminum Alloy solution. The daily output of the mesh belt furnace can reach 20 tons.
